Where we ship

WaveHaus ships throughout South Africa, and internationally to selected countries.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times and cost

Within South Africa: R100, delivered in 3-5 business days. Delivery is free on orders of R770 and over.

International: R310, with delivery times varying by destination.

These timeframes are estimates. They start once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, you will be responsible for the cost of redelivery.

Delays

Deliveries are occasionally delayed by courier backlogs, weather or customs. We will keep you informed if we become aware of a delay affecting your order.

Customs and import duties

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email wavehaus23@gmail.com and we will investigate with the courier.
