All prices are shown in South African Rand and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have ordered, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed by our payment providers and WaveHaus does not store your card details.

Delivery and returns

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Our Shipping policy and our Return and refund policy form part of these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, WaveHaus is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
